33 Day Consecration to Jesus Through Mary

Sunday, September 4 - Sunday, September 4 - All Day

What Does it Mean to Prepare to Consecrate Myself or My Family to Jesus through Mary?
It means you are preparing for a new way of life in Christ. The act of consecrating oneself to Jesus through Mary marks the beginning of a gloriously new day, a new dawn, a brand new morning in one’s spiritual journey. It’s a fresh start, and it changes everything. A short, easy, secure and perfect way to become a saint!

Beginning on September 4, individuals and families will receive daily email reflections and weekly video reflections by Fr. Nathan Cromly of Eagle Eye Ministries, for 33 days.

These 33 days will prepare individuals and families for total consecration to Jesus through Mary, and will consist of reflections that even children as young as 6 years old can understand.

On Friday, October 7th, on the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, all are invited to join Bishop Daniel Thomas for a rosary and Mass at Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral (2535 Collingwood Blvd, Toledo, OH 43610).

For those who signed up for the 33 days of preparation, Bishop Thomas will lead in the recitation of the consecration prayer, consecrating individuals and families to Jesus through Mary.  Those who sign up for the 33-day preparation will also receive a special personalized consecration certificate from Bishop Thomas.

All are welcome to attend a light reception in the gymnasium, hosted by the World Meeting of Families Pilgrims, after the Mass.

For questions about ordering the optional companion books, about the consecration preparation, or about the Mass & reception, please contact Monica Martinez in the Office for Marriage & Family at mmartinez@toledodiocese.org or 419-244-6711 ext. 4918.
