The Coordinator of Evangelization & Pastoral Care of Parishes provides parishes with evangelization opportunities, strategies, training, resources, and support in their evangelization efforts as well as support in pastoral care.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Typically run over eleven weeks, each session looks at a different question that people can have about faith and is designed to create conversation. It’s just an open, informal and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together.
Alpha is a wonderful way for Catholics to engage in the New Evangelization in their homes, churches, and even work environment. Please read Bishop Daniel Thomas’ Statement on Evangelization & the Alpha Course inviting parishes to try Alpha.

The Amazing Parish conference training is now available online called AP Online. The first modules include the most popular Amazing Parish conference content, featuring Patrick Lencioni and focusing on teamwork. AP Online is designed to walk parish leaders and teams through videos and exercises, giving them the tools they need to build an amazing parish. AP Online is made available to you free of charge thanks to the generosity of donors who believe your parish can and should be amazing.

WHAT IS THE AMAZING PARISH CONFERENCE?
The Amazing Parish conference is a practical and one-of-a-kind experience for parish leaders. You’ll receive first-hand organizational health training from New York Times best-selling author, Patrick Lencioni, and you’ll learn from dynamic and engaging presenters including Curtis Martin, Sr. Bethany Madonna, Fr. James Mallon, Fr. Michael White, Tom Corcoran and Matt Maher. The conference experience is also an opportunity for personal and spiritual renewal with daily Mass, confession and Eucharistic Adoration.
Unlike other conferences, an Amazing Parish conference is a workshop-style format so pastors and parish leadership team members can work side-by-side to learn what a real leadership team looks like, how it operates, and how it can best serve its parishioners.
