As a founding missionary and architect of Damascus’ missionary programs, Brad’s entrepreneurial spirit fuels Damascus growth from under 10 full-time missionaries, serving just over 1,000 young people annually, to over 150 full-time missionaries, serving right around 20,000 young people annually, over the last 10 years.
In addition to being on the Leadership Team at Damascus, Brad hosts a national radio show and podcast – Beyond Damascus, soon to become The Damascus Podcast – and speaks to thousands each year. He holds an MBA, focused on Organizational Leadership, from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and he lives in Central Ohio with his lovely wife, Nina, and his 2-year-old daughter, Eliza.
