Bishop Daniel E. Thomas will ordain Rev. Mr. Anthony J. Coci to the priesthood for the Diocese of Toledo at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral (2535 Collingwood Blvd., Toledo).
Deacon Coci is from Christ the King Parish in Toledo. He is a 2005 graduate of Toledo Central Catholic High School and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago and a Master of Divinity from Mount St. Mary’s of the West Seminary in Cincinnati. He is currently completing a Master of Arts in Theology from Mount St. Mary’s. He served his pastoral internship at St. John the Evangelist Parish in Delphos and his summer assignments have included work at St. Mary Parish, Defiance; Probigua Spanish School, Antigua, Guatemala; Hispanic Migrant Ministry, Fremont; and Clinical Pastoral Education at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati.
