Bishop Daniel E. Thomas will ordain Mr. Kyle T. Gase, Mr. Scott J. Perry and Mr. Andrew J. Wellmann to the Order of Deacon, a major step in their journey to becoming priests for the Diocese of Toledo.
The Transitional Diaconate Ordination Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 20 at Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral (2535 Collingwood Blvd., Toledo). All are invited to attend.
Mr. Gase is from St. Wendelin Parish, Fostoria. He attends Mount St. Mary’s Seminary of the West, Cincinnati, and served his pastoral internship year at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, Toledo.
Mr. Perry is from St. Joseph Parish, Tiffin, and is a graduate of Tiffin Calvert Catholic High School. He attends Mount St. Mary’s Seminary of the West, Cincinnati, and served his pastoral internship year at Christ the King Parish, Toledo.
Mr. Wellmann is from St. John the Evangelist Parish, Delphos, and is a graduate of Delphos St. John Catholic High School. He attends Mount St. Mary’s Seminary of the West, Cincinnati, and served his pastoral internship year at St. Peter Parish, Mansfield.
