The Diocese of Toledo received five Catholic Media Awards in the 2024 competition sponsored by the Catholic Media Association of the United States and Canada. The awards were announced on June 21, 2024, during the annual conference of the Catholic Media Association (formerly the Catholic Press Association) held this year in Atlanta.
The awards were:
- Second Place Best Facebook Account – Diocesan Bishop: Bishop Daniel E. Thomas
- Second Place Best Story and Photo Package: Candy Land, Graceful Living Magazine, Summer 2023
- Second Place Best Title and Lead-In: The Habit of Joy, Graceful Living Magazine, Summer 2023
- Third Place Best Reporting on Vocations to Priesthood, Religious Life or Diaconate: The Habit of Joy, Graceful Living Magazine, Summer 2023
- Honorable Mention Best Layout or Article Column: Painting Pilgrimage, Graceful Living Magazine, Winter 2023
