More than 600 faithful gathered on Sunday, July 27 for the Diocese of Toledo Day at Cedar Point—an annual tradition filled with faith, fun, and roller coasters! Bishop Daniel E. Thomas celebrated Mass at 11:00 a.m. inside the park’s Convention Center, where families, youth groups, parish communities, and individuals with disabilities joined in joyful worship.
After Mass, guests poured into the park to enjoy a beautiful summer day together. Many proudly wore their free diocesan swag, handed out to the first 100 Mass attendees. Bishop Thomas even joined the excitement, hopping on some of the park’s famous roller coasters throughout the day!
Diocese of Toledo Day at Cedar Point continues to be a favorite summer tradition for our parishes—bringing together people of all ages from across Northwest Ohio for a celebration of faith, family, and community.
