The Diocese of Toledo’s Pastoral Center offices have officially moved to a new temporary location in downtown Toledo.
After nearly seven decades at 1933 Spielbusch Avenue, diocesan staff are now serving the faithful from the 23rd floor of One Seagate.

All diocesan Pastoral Center staff are located together on the 23rd floor. Diocesan and Catholic Charities services continue without interruption during this transition.
Bishop Daniel E. Thomas shared the excitement of the move:
“We’ve moved! Our last days at our Diocesan Pastoral Center at 1933 Spielbusch Avenue in Toledo saw a flurry of organizing, packing, and even gathering with Chancery staff for a ‘last lunch’ in our longtime offices. Now the movers are completing their work, the technology is being installed, and we’re getting set up at our new temporary space for our Pastoral Center Offices, located at One Seagate in Toledo with all our staff on the 23rd floor.”
Staff recently gathered for a “first lunch” in the new space, marking the beginning of this two-year transition period.
Bishop Thomas asks the faithful to continue praying for a smooth transition and for “many graces for our two years there,” as the Diocese looks ahead to the construction of a new Pastoral Center on the Rosary Cathedral campus.
He added:
“Please continue to pray… that together we may maintain the ‘p’s’ we’ve been praying for: patience, prudence, perseverance, prayer and positivity! God be praised!”
