Bishop Daniel E. Thomas will gather with the priests of the Diocese of Toledo on June 20-23, at Sawmill Creek Resort in Huron for the 2016 Priests' Convocation.
Cardinal Edwin O'Brien, Grand Master of the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre, will be the keynote speaker for this year's biannual Convocation.
In this Year of Mercy, the Convocation will focus on "The Priest as a Man of Mercy." The week will also include prayer, concelebrated Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Penance and time for fellowship and relaxation.
Please pray for Bishop Thomas and the priests of our Diocese, as well as for Cardinal O'Brien and the other presenters, that this year's Convocation will bear fruit for our priests in holiness of life and in their service to the Lord and His Church.
