The St. Thomas More Society of the Diocese of Toledo presents “Thomas More’s Republicanism,” a lecture by Veronica Brooks, Ph.D., adjunct faculty in politics at Hillsdale College and research fellow at the Center for Thomas More Studies. The lecture will explore the history of res publica, More’s distinctive contribution to republican discourse and how his Christian humanism grounds an understanding of political virtue.
