CYO Basketball is a faith-centered youth sports program that provides young athletes with an opportunity to grow in character, teamwork, and athletic skills. Rooted in Catholic values, CYO Basketball encourages players to develop both on and off the court, fostering respect, discipline, and sportsmanship. Through practices and games, participants build friendships, deepen their faith, and strengthen their commitment to fair play and personal growth.

High school teams throughout the Diocese of Toledo come together each year to compete in the Toledo CYO Diocesan Basketball Tournament—uniting our diocese through faith, fellowship, and the fun, competitive spirit of basketball.
- High School Girls - Thomas | CYO State Qualifier Teams placing 1st, 2nd & 3rd will secure bids to advance to the Ohio CYO State Tournament hosted by North Valley CYO
- High School Boys - Varsity | CYO State Qualifier Teams placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th will secure bids to advance to the Ohio CYO State Tournament hosted by North Valley CYO
