What hotel will we stay in?
In 2026, all pilgrims will stay at Hyatt Place Washington DC/National Mall. Guests are steps away from the Museum of the Bible, Smithsonian museums, and historical landmarks in the heart of the city. Catch a concert at The Anthem, indulge in waterfront dining, or simply take a stroll along the nearby District Wharf.

Attendees will room together in groups of 3-6 pilgrims separated by sex. Parish and school groups will be, as much as possible, blocked together on the same floor. Roommate requests will be gathered once you submit your registration.

How much should I budget for meals and other expenses while on trip?
Please pack your own breakfast and snacks for the bus ride to DC on Thursday morning. All breakfasts will be provided by our hotel beginning Friday morning. Attendees are responsible for all other meals/snacks. Anticipate ~$12/meal with city pricing.

Where should I leave my car during the pilgrimage?

In 2026, the Diocese of Toledo pilgrimage will depart from St. John XXIII Catholic Church in Perrysburg, Ohio. Behind the church is a large parking lot that the parish has generously granted permission for pilgrimage attendees to use free of charge. Please park as far back in the parking lot as possible to allow ample space for parish activities during our absence. The buses will stop in Norwalk, Ohio, for an additional pick-up location.

What is the March for Life route?
In 2023, National March for Life updated its route to pass by the US Capitol Building, which reflects the importance of our state legislators in abortion law since the reversal of Roe vs. Wade.
