The Diocese of Toledo Management Corporation (Management Corp), an Ohio non-profit corporation, provides finance, payroll, accounting, real estate, construction planning, human resources, legal/risk management, and operational/strategic planning services to the Diocese, the parishes within the territory of the Diocese and various related entities, pursuant to service agreements. Management Corp also provides support to the various governance committees and boards of related Diocesan organizations.
