The Diocese of Toledo is searching for a full- time Administrative Assistant to join the Clergy, Consecrated Life, and Vocations Department. The Administrative Assistant assists the offices of the department by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the Diocese of Toledo.
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Top Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience in a professional office environment performing administrative duties, including experience in record keeping, computer databases, and spreadsheets; typing and filing.
- Requires a high level of computer expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Donor Support Associate - Diocese of Toledo Pastoral Center
The Diocese of Toledo is searching for a Part-Time Donor Support Associate in the Mission Advancement Office (Development Office). Under the direction of the Director of Mission Advancement, the Donor Support Associate performs a wide variety of tasks for the Mission Advancement Office (MAO). Areas of responsibility include processing gifts to the Diocese of Toledo Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO), assisting with gift processing and donor activities related to other campaigns, and providing financial reporting to the Diocesan Finance Office.
Top Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business/management, marketing, communications, non-profit management or related field strongly preferred.
- At least three (3) years of experience in an office support position, with fundraising, development experience preferred.
- Demonstrated computer knowledge and skills, with experience in fund development and constituent relationship management (CRM) software, such as Parish Soft and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, and accounting software strongly preferred.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Director of Student Services - Diocese of Toledo Pastoral Center
The Diocese of Toledo is searching for a full-time Director of Student Services to join our Department of Catholic Education. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Catholic Education, the Director of Student Services develops a vision for inclusive Catholic education in the Diocese of Toledo and provides ministerial support to school leaders, teachers, and families on best practices in the field of special education. The Director of Student Services provides feedback on local responses to intervention, offers support for state scholarships, and assists in planning professional development opportunities related to special education and intervention services for teachers and administrators.
Top Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in special education, educational leadership or closely related field. Master’s degree or equivalent in experience preferred.
- Previous teaching experience working with students with special needs required. Previous administrative experience working with intervention specialists and related services preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state Special Education laws and compliance procedures, particularly related to state scholarship programs. Parish and Schools Accountant - Diocese of Toledo Pastoral Center
The Diocese of Toledo is searching for a full-time Parish and Schools Accountant to join our Finance Department. The Parish and Schools Accountant is responsible for providing direct support to Business Managers throughout the Diocese of Toledo regarding issues encountered during day-to-day operational accounting. This includes but is not limited to providing support with QuickBooks, reviewing budgets, annual reports, and supporting the Audit & Compliance Manager on various projects as needed.
In conjunction with the Department of Catholic Education, the Parish and Schools Accountant engages schools needing financial planning and assistance. The Parish and Schools Accountant also provides support and guidance to develop and manage the School Vitality report.
Top Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in accounting or related field or equivalent in experience which would demonstrate current and applicable knowledge
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting in a professional office setting preferred.
- Requires a high level of computer expertise in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office products.
