Ministry Coordinator - Saint Joseph Parish, Sylvania

The position of Ministry Coordinator is a full-time position. This position is in the office Sunday through Thursday to serve the community. The primary function of the position is the coordination of ministries and volunteers within the community.

Top Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have basic knowledge of how a Catholic Parish operates.
  • Must be in full communion with the Catholic Church and be a practicing Catholic.
  • Must successfully pass the required BCI/FBI background checks and all requirements of the Diocesan Program for Child and Youth Protection prior to employment and maintain a satisfactory background check throughout employment.

Business Manager - The Catholic Parishes of Delphos, Landeck, and Spencerville

The Catholic Parishes of Delphos, Landeck, and Spencerville are seeking a passionate, skilled administrator to serve to manage the administrative and business functions of our three parishes (including St. John the Evangelist Catholic School in Delphos). Supported by parish bookkeepers in all three parishes, the school finance clerk (Delphos), and the Office of Institutional Advancement (Delphos), the Business Manager provides leadership and day-to-day supervision of the temporal affairs of the parishes to allow the clergy and pastoral staff members to focus on the spiritual affairs of the parishes.
