Coordinator of Adult Faith Formation - St Mary Church, Leipsic

Leipsic St Mary Church is seeking a part-time, 20-24 hours a week Coordinator of Adult Faith Formation.

The primary objective will be to collaborate with the pastor in implementing a parish Adult Faith Formation program that furthers the mission of the parish, which is making faithful disciples who make faithful disciples.

Qualifications:

• Fully initiated practicing Catholic.
  
• Understanding and experience in administering Adult Faith Formation programs.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Good organizational skills.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  
• Completion of Virtus training and background check.
  
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings, or to be available as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
