Reporting directly to the Pastor, the Business Manager oversees the administrative and business functions of the parish in an accurate, efficient, thorough, professional, and timely manner, so as to support the parish’s mission and ministry.
Qualifications:
- Given the strong ministerial component to the position, the Business Manager must be a practicing Catholic and registered member of a Catholic parish faith community.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline from an accredited college.
- Business management experience, including financial oversight, human resources, and facilities management, with a minimum of three years of previous supervisory experience.
- Requires a high level of computer expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).

Our Lady of Hope Parish has a part-time opening for a Coordinator of Religious Education (CRE). Flexible work hours, as it includes some evening and weekend hours and limited overnight travel. The CRE ministers, implements, and oversees religious education for Preschool through Grade 12 students.
