Director of Enrollment - Central Catholic High School, Toledo

Central Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic leader for its’ Director of Enrollment. This full-time position will provide the candidate an opportunity to share the amazing successes of CCHS, while working collaboratively with a team of individuals.

The Director of Enrollment Management will implement the strategic enrollment goals for Central Catholic High School through a comprehensive enrollment plan from ‘discovery through graduation’. This plan shall include frequent personal communication, marketing aspects, and special events for students across the region.

Potential candidates should have a strong record of accomplishments in enrollment, building and maintaining a database, leveraging resources to build connections, and an understanding of barriers to education. Additionally, candidates should have experience and knowledge of the current trends in enrollment and communication and have earned a bachelor’s degree in a related area. All individuals must possess outstanding customer service and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and an out-going personality. They must also have the willingness to support the mission and vision of Central Catholic High School.

Chief Financial Officer - St. John's Jesuit High School and Academy, Toledo

Under the guidance of the President, the CFO is responsible for the financial effectiveness of the school. The CFO oversees budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies to ensure the school remains the best educational option for young men in the community. In addition, the CFO oversees the business office, campus dining, buildings and grounds and the spirit store departments.

Successful candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a closely related field and 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience is required.
