St. Francis de Sales School of Toledo, Ohio, is accepting applications for the position of a part- time 12- month Finance Specialist. The Finance Specialist position primarily involves handling accounts payable, purchasing duties and supporting the finance department in various tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) process by accurately processing vendor invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure all AP transactions are properly documented, approved, and coded in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
