The Training & Development/Human Resources Manager is responsible for the people functions in our Toledo region including talent acquisition, onboarding, total rewards, performance management, employee relations, and payroll, and will work closely with members of the SND USA HR team to implement HR programs and initiatives. This role also leads training and development initiatives organization-wide, with responsibility of assessing, creating, implementing and conducting development opportunities to improve performance of the organization’s managers and employees.

- Assesses training and development needs.
- Creates, organizes, plans, and presents training and development programs using a variety of formats addressing training and development needs.

Part-Time Liturgy Coordinator - Sisters of St. Francis, Sylvania
The Sisters of St. Francis seek a part-time Liturgy Coordinator to serve at the two chapels at the motherhouse, coordinating the liturgy with the Chapel Team of Sisters who handle all details. The position coordinates the motherhouse worship program, including but not limited to: planning Sunday, daily and feast day Masses, Reconciliation Services, and other prayer rituals; holding liturgical training sessions from time to time, e.g. lectors and Eucharistic Ministers; working with our Sisters to plan the Welcoming and Funeral Liturgy services.
Education and Training: Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to Theology. Recent education in liturgy expected. Preference for a degree in Sacred Liturgy.
Experience: 1 year or more experience as parish liturgist or assistant liturgist.
Catholic Requirement: Familiarity with USCCB's letter on Stewardship: A Disciple's Response; familiarity with the Vatican II document Sacrosanctum Concilium on the Liturgy; familiarity with the General Instruction of the Roman Missal (GIRM). Practicing Catholic preferred.

The Sisters of St. Francis located in Tiffin, Ohio is seeking applicants for the part-time, exempt position of Director of Community Properties & Facilities, for 30 hours per week. The successful candidate is a team player who works collaboratively with other leaders in the organization. The individual is responsible for the Sisters of St. Francis properties, buildings, grounds and operation of the Motherhouse.
Bachelor’s Degree in administration or management; five years supervisory/management experience without Bachelor’s Degree. Administrative/management experience in one or more of the following: retirement/resident setting, long term care, assisted living or equivalent preferred.
